Together with Nippon Steel, NS Hiparts has developed advanced construction technology using thin steel sheets, creating a new medium- and low-rise construction method that is safe, comfortable, and has excellent environmental performance.
We have been working on the practical application of the NS Super Frame construction method.
NS Hiparts will undertake the structural design after obtaining the necessary ministerial certification and evaluation from a designated performance evaluation organization for building certification. and shaped steel, hardware, structural facing materials, etc.
We manufacture roof, wall, and floor panels in our factory using a combination of genuine parts and materials and deliver them as a whole.
Development of the NS Super Frame method began in 2001 and has been upgraded to the third generation.
Currently, it is used for housing complexes and elderly care facilities up to 4 stories high, offices and training centers up to 3 stories high, and single-story stores with structural plot areas up to 1000m2 and wall panel heights up to 4.5m.
It is used in buildings for a variety of purposes, including schools and nursery schools. In addition, we use an external insulation ventilation method that completely covers the steel frame with insulation material.
We have achieved both a comfortable space that is warm in winter and cool in summer, and revolutionary energy-saving performance.
This makes it possible to create ZEH-M compliant housing complexes and ZEB compliant offices at low cost.
Structure performance and economic rationality of the NS Super Frame Construction Method® The NS Super Frame Construction Method® has a hybrid wall and floor structure.
This is a construction method that optimizes performance such as fireproofing, sound insulation, thermal performance, and durability.
