Countermeasures against global warming have become a common issue around the world, and NS Hi-Parts is committed to providing nearly 100% of the total cost to solve the issue of adapting to a carbon-neutral society, which requires all countries to respond. We have been working on the practical application of the NS Super Frame construction method, which is constructed using frame panels made of lightweight steel that can be recycled. In March 2021, Nippon Steel, Japan’s largest steel manufacturer, announced the “Nippon Steel Carbon Neutral Vision 2050″ in its medium- to long-term business plan. The company aims to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, and aims to achieve carbon neutrality by “providing high-performance steel materials and solutions that contribute to reducing CO2 emissions” and “providing carbon-neutral steel by decarbonizing the steel manufacturing process.” I am planning to take on the challenge. This construction method is a prefabricated construction method in which Nippon Steel’s highly corrosion-resistant plated steel plates (Super Dyma®) are used as frame materials, structural face materials are laminated, and plate-shaped insulation materials are combined and shipped as floor panels and wall panels. Therefore, at construction sites, it is possible to achieve both high quality and labor-saving on-site work, as well as short construction times. In addition, the exterior insulation and ventilation method, which completely covers the steel frame with insulation material, is adopted as standard, making it possible to create a comfortable living space that is warm in the winter and cool in the summer, even with less air conditioning operation. With this revolutionary energy-saving performance, we are confident that this construction method will contribute to the realization of a carbon-neutral society by making it possible to create ZEH-M compliant apartment complexes and ZEB compliant offices that comply with the revised Building Energy Saving Act at a low cost. Masu. We will continue to work with our shareholders, Nippon Steel and Nippon Steel TexEngine, to promote the technological development of cutting-edge thin-plate lightweight structural buildings, and at the same time contribute to society by providing competitive architectural eco-products. We believe that this is our company’s mission.
